west of Copper Harbor.  Lake Baily is a shallow wilderness lake perfect for canoeing, kayaking, and watching wildlife.  It is not a powerboat or swimming lake. 

The Peninsula is perfect for sea kayaking, hiking, and mountain biking.  There are old mines to explore or agates to find along stretches of Lake Superior shoreline.  Golf, shopping and fine dining are just minutes away.

Do you need a place to enjoy a family reunion, or does your biking or diving club need a quiet, private location to relax, and enjoy your specific sport?  Ask about our special rates for renting all four cabins. 


Choose from four comfortable, rustic cabins.  Kitchens include stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, pots, pans, dishes and utensils. Linens, blankets and pillows are provided. We do not provide towels.  Sorry, no smoking.  Well behaved pets are allowed.  We do ask that you keep them on a lease and pick-up  after them.

The Keweenaw is everything to everybody. If you want to leave behind your stress and let your spirit renew itself - this is the place. Lake Bailey is a shallow wilderness lake; it is not a power boat or swimming lake.  A canoe, as well as various types of kayakes, and bikes are available for use.

The Keweenaw is perfect for sea kayaking, hiking and mountain biking.  There are old mines to explore or agates to find along stretches of Lake Superior shoreline.  If a round of golf is on the agenda, the beautiful Keweenaw Lodge is nearby.  Then of course there are the waterfalls and lighthouses to see.  Be sure to check out eagleharborweb.net and copperharbor.org for other things to see and do.

The cabins are fully furnished.  Move in your personal belongings and get organized for the weekend, week or summer.  Bed linens are provided.  There are 4 cabins available: (2)-1 bedroom and (2)-2 bedroom.
